Artwork that contains high color counts, raster images, photographs, or other complex elements can be screen-printed using specialized phthalate-free plastisol CMYK inks with a spot white underbase for maximum opacity.
No color separation is required prior to uploading, we use a true CMYK four color process without any simulation.
All stock spot colors can be ordered at no additional cost.

1. Setup your heat press machine

2. Remove any extra covers or sheets from the platten. Teflon® or silicone sheets will interfere with the transferrence of heat and results in the heat transfer not reaching the target temperature.
3. Place the garment on the platten and then the heat transfer face down on the garment.
4. Press for 7 seconds and peel immediately while hot.
Keep platten free of zippers, buttons, or other obstructions that will create uneven pressure.
Fabrics like mesh with holes will require a separator sheet between the layers to prevent fusing.
We recommend a commercial heat press with pneumatic or electric actuation.

Spot color artwork should be swatched with solid 100% opaque colors. White is an ink color and areas that you do not want printed should be clear.
Artwork prints at the size it is provided unless another size is specified when uploading. If your uploaded artwork is raster it must be 300 ppi at the size it is expected to print at.
All text needs to be converted to curves or outlined. We can not produce artwork with live fonts.
